A note from me
I know how terrifying it is to let the plates you're balancing drop. How messy it is to stand among the pieces, and how tempting it is to pick them all up so everything looks okay for everyone else.
Outgrowing anything is beautiful and really freaking hard. It's often when we need connection most, and instead we blame ourselves. "I should just be able to handle it." "Maybe if I buy the right calendar." "Maybe if I organize my pantry into perfectly clear, labeled bins."
You get to decide what's yours to carry and what you want to put down. You can fall apart and be met with care.
