Privacy Policy
This site collects only what you choose to share with me, and I use it only to respond to you and to provide coaching and movement sessions. I don't sell your information.
What I collect, and where it goes

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. It stores a small visitor token in your browser so the page can load its text. It isn't used for advertising.
Health information you share
In coaching and movement sessions, you may tell me about your health, symptoms or diagnoses. I use that only to support you in our sessions, keep it private, and never share it without your permission, except where the law requires it.
How I use it
- To reply to you, review applications and schedule sessions.
- To send wait list and newsletter updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time through the link in each email.
- To deliver coaching and movement sessions. Session notes, recaps and workbook materials stay between you and me.
- If a session is ever recorded, it's only with your permission.
What I don't do
- Sell, rent or trade your information.
- Share what you tell me in sessions, except with your permission or where the law requires it.
- Use your words as a testimonial without asking you first. Quotes on this site are shared anonymously, with permission.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing hello@carissapietra.com. I'll respond within 30 days. Each service listed above also has its own privacy policy, linked from its site.
Children
This site and my services are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
